This single wall exhaust manifold is made of high quality 304 stainless steel and welded with TIG welding.

The tube is bent with chuck to JADUS specifications and includes a laser-cut stainless steel mounting flange, plus a 38 mm diameter split reducer for easy mounting of a wider range of clamped mufflers.

The entire assembly has been electrolypulted for a uniform, high-quality surface.
This manifold replaces the double-walled exhaust head and increases the internal diameter of the pipe from 26 mm to 31.4 mm, improving power over the entire rpm range.

A weight reduction of approx. 1.5 kg when used with a light muffler.



Notes: To make the exhaust head and exhaust muffler of your choice work in harmony with the engine and to achieve
the best performance, the carburetor must be re-regulated after installation.
