Returns and Guarantees
Returns:
The maximum period for making a return of items ordered by mistake by the customer is 14 days from the date of receipt of the item.
The return will always be made in its original packaging. Returns of used, incomplete, discontinued or damaged items (e.g. scratches, marks of use or assembly, excessive dirt, etc.) will not be accepted. Returns of products with clear indications of have been installed will not be accepted. The costs of the collection caused by the return will be paid by the customer. In case of returns not accepted the customer will have to pay the amount of the collection and subsequent shipment in advance.
Any return must include a copy of the purchase invoice within the package.
Packages shipped without the authorization of the returns department will not be accepted.
Returns are not allowed on domes, screens, baffles and wear spare parts (except factory defect or error by modelikocaferacers.com)
Guarantees:
Warranty requests will be reviewed prior to collection for analysis. Pre-collection images or videos may be requested. All warranty returns must include a copy of the purchase invoice and the motorcycle data sheet (in cases where the part is installed in a vehicle). In the case of returns not accepted the customer will have to pay the amount of the collection and subsequent shipment in advance.
Once the warranty is accepted, the defective item will be replenished for one equal or, if not, by another of similar characteristics at no additional cost.
The warranty period for items is 2 years from the date of purchase except for the following items:
Batteries JMT: 24 months from the date of purchase (indicate die-cut serial number).
Battery chargers JMP: 5 years from the date of purchase.
Electrical products: 12 months from the date of purchase (except exceptions).
Wear products and tools are warranty-free, with the exception of manufacturing defects.
In case of receiving a product that does not meet the conditions described herein or that is not the one on which the return has been requested will not be paid the amount of the material, in this case the shipping costs to recover the material will be borne by the customer.
